In 1972 I trained as a primary teacher at Froebel Institute and spent many happy years teaching children with special needs. When my daughters were young I ran the Rainbow Nursery School in Hastings. I have been a single mother for nine years and now both daughters have flown the nest.

About 10 years ago, whilst staying at the Findhorn Foundation, I realised that I was here, on this beautiful planet of ours, to learn how to Love. I believe that love is the greatest healing power we have and I want to spend the rest of my life studying love, experiencing love, sharing love and being love.

I began my journey by training as a Spiritual Healer with the National Federation of Spiritual Healers, marvelling at the heat in my hands when I asked to become a channel for love. Next I trained in body massage and as a person-centred counsellor.

I was part of the Choice Holistic Health Centre in Kendal where I was lucky enough to experience many therapies - acupuncture, homeopathy, reflexology, herbalism, cranio-sacral work and aromatherapy.

Throughout these ten years I have been running Findhorn-style workshops in a 'small' way - usually one evening class a term. Now I have taken 'the leap of faith!' I have left the bookshop where I worked for many years and am 'walking my talk', earning my living by 'following my bliss', doing what makes my heart sing. I work full-time running workshops and seminars, holding celebrations, providing spiritual counselling and healing, giving talks and holding Interfaith worship services....and I love it!
